These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by MysoreFix Appliance Repair. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide independent, third-party repair services for home appliances across Mysore, Karnataka. All work is performed by our trained technicians on a best-effort basis.

2. Diagnostic Visit & Quotation

A diagnostic charge may apply for on-site visits. After inspection, we will provide a repair quotation. No repair work will commence without your explicit approval of the estimate.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the repair. We accept cash and standard digital payment methods. Invoices will be provided on request.

4. Warranty

We provide a limited service warranty on parts replaced and labour, as communicated at the time of service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, unauthorised tampering, or unrelated faults.

5. Parts

Unless otherwise stated in writing, replacement parts may be OEM or high-quality compatible spares. We are not an authorized service centre for any manufacturer; original manufacturer parts may not always be available.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by calling us in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may attract a visit fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that particular service.

8. Trademarks

All brand names and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners and are used only for product identification. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any appliance manufacturer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mysore, Karnataka.
